Ben is a former International Rower with the Great Britain Team and has 15+ years’ experience as a professional coach. Ben’s specialism is drawing out the best from every individual. As well as his extensive experience in rowing, Ben holds an honours degree in Leadership & Sports Psychology, training in Mindfulness-based CBT and is qualified in Cognitive-Behavioural Coaching. Ben works with our instructors to meld the physical, technical and mental components, ensuring that the impact of the ROWBOTS experience lasts well beyond the class itself

Psychology Programmer

As one of the youngest leading psychotherapists in her field Zoë is developing the psychology behind the ROWBOTS workout. Zoe’s job is to ensure that your instructor trains you in both mind and body, making the ROWBOTS workout the most complete workout for the body and mind.

Zoë is accredited with NCAC (National Counsellor Accreditation Certificate) from SMMGP and BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy)
